Pay Invoice and then item/items will be sent via UPS or Post Office. Tracking will be forwarded to you.

SnowPeak Gallery agrees to deliver artwork to reliable shipper on your behalf. The Shipper dictates all pricing and packaging for delivery.
Customer allows Gallery to charge for shipping – the amount dictated by shipper.
In case of broken merchandise, do the following:
- Retain ALL packaging materials, including shipping box.
- Notify you nearest shipping company within 24 hours.
- Notify SnowPeak Gallery within 5 days of receipt of damage.
- Do NOT destroy or discard packaging until shipping company has inspected the packaging
- Do NOT return it yourself
SnowPeak Gallery accepts no return item without authorization. If there is a problem with your order or any piece, call 303-949-6457 and we will advise you of proper procedure.
